Poay Nee’s vast knowledge in litigation uniquely position her to offer comprehensive guidance in corporate endeavours. Chui Qing is currently leading the conveyancing department of the firm, assisting in the corporate and commercial department and also intellectual property department of the firm. Throughout her professional journey, Chui Qing has significant experience representing local and international clients in diverse sale and purchase transactions spanning a wide range of properties. In the corporate arena, Chui Qing assists clients with a spectrum of corporate related matters, such as contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing of agreements including shares transfers, shares subscriptions, shareholders agreements, settlements, consultancies, bonds and service contracts.

Muhammad Naim read law at Birkbeck College, University of London, and completed the Bar Training Course with Distinction at BPP Law School. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2024 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2026. Prior to his legal career, Naim gained experience in the film industry, which provided him with a practical understanding of the coordination required when managing complex projects in a fast-paced, international environment. At the firm, his practice focus includes the shipping and logistics sectors, particularly within emerging maritime hubs and regional energy corridors.
NUR SYAMIMI AMALINA BINTI MOHD MUNIR

Syamimi’s main focus is in the area of general litigation. Syamimi has been exposed to a broad area of law including commercial and construction disputes, corporate insolvency, probate and administration matters, debt recovery, employment and industrial relation matters, tenancy disputes, arbitration and adjudication proceedings. With a wealth of experience, Syamimi appears and conducts matters at various judicial levels, including the Industrial Court, Subordinate Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal as well as Federal Court. Apart from general litigation, Syamimi has also been exposed to the corporate and advisory works by rendering legal opinions, legal advices and drafted agreements in relation to various commercial, employment, insolvency, construction, shareholder disputes, corporate governance and environmental compliance issues to various companies and/or individuals.

Nicholas has a background in conveyancing, corporate law and civil litigation. His practice currently focuses on property transactions, where he handles subsale matters, advises banks on finance, and manages Malay Reserved Land and landlord-tenant issues. In his corporate work, he provides legal advisory services for client base that includes both local and international, spanning multiple countries and wide range of industries. He also conducts due diligence, and manages anti-bribery compliance and training. Additionally, he handles the drafting of Wills and various commercial agreements to support both individual and corporate clients.

Heng May practices primarily in conveyancing and property-related matters, handling transactions involving developer projects, subsale properties, tenancy agreements, and financing under both conventional and Islamic facilities. Throughout her practice, she has also been involved in the enforcement of foreign divorce judgments, probate and administration matters, and will drafting. Additionally, she manages selected corporate work, including the preparation of shareholders’ agreements, corporate term sheets, and the sale and purchase of businesses.
